What You’ll Do as Maintenance Supervisor

• Complete and prioritize work orders efficiently and on time
• Prepare units for new tenants through Make Ready/Turn procedures
• Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 4 weeks)
• Perform interior and exterior painting/staining
• Collaborate with the Property Manager for monthly budget reviews
• Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:
  • 2+ years of maintenance experience (multi-family housing experience preferred)
  • HVAC experience required (AC, electric, and forced air systems)
• Certifications (preferred but not required):
  • EPA Certification
  • CPO Certification
• Technical Skills:
  • Drywall, painting, and carpentry
  • Plumbing (e.g., sweating copper pipe)
  • Electrical systems (outlets, switches, and light fixtures)
  • Appliance repair (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, garbage disposals)
  • Water heater diagnosis and repair (electric and gas)
• Proven experience managing and supervising employees
