What you'll do:

Represent clients in Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy proceedings.
Develop and implement effective legal strategies to protect client interests.
Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare for court appearances.

Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in bankruptcy law.
What you'll need:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree and a valid law license.
Experience with Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy cases.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
