Our client is a high-energy, values-driven staffing agency that's shaking things up in the Mobile, Alabama area. They're on the lookout for a Business Development Guru who can take their business to the next level. If you've got 2-5 years of sales experience (bonus points for staffing industry chops) and a knack for building awesome relationships, keep reading!
**How you'll crush it in this role:**
- Be the face of our amazing company throughout your assigned territory. You'll manage accounts and verticals like a boss to make sure all our customers' staffing needs are met and exceeded.
- Work hand-in-hand with our rad team of recruiters to match top-notch talent with the right opportunities. It's like being a career matchmaker!
- Guide customers through the full sales cycle with your mad consultative selling skills. You'll close deals, dot the i's and cross the t's on all the paperwork, and be the single point of contact to provide an unbeatable customer experience.
- Get creative with your sales strategies to aggressively grow existing accounts and hunt down new business. You've got revenue and profit targets to hit and you're gonna smash 'em!
- Stay tight with customers throughout the entire process. Your stellar communication skills will keep everyone in the loop and ensure we're delivering service that's second to none.
- Geek out over data and processes. You'll use sales tools like CRM to analyze, strategize and report on your progress as you systematically take your sales to the next level.
**What you'll need to knock it out of the park:**
- 2-5 years of sales experience (staffing industry background highly preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combo of education and experience
- Solid understanding of HR regulations in your territory
- Superb problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities
- Valid driver's license (gotta get to those client meetings somehow!)
- Self-motivated with sky-high accountability - you'll do whatever it takes to deliver results
- Incredible communication skills to build rock-solid relationships inside and outside the company
- Fluency in another language is a big plus!
- Ability to work autonomously and still crush your goals
- Microsoft Office skills that would make Bill Gates proud
