Responsibilities
• Perform a variety of physical tasks, including digging, lifting, carrying, and assembling materials to support construction projects.
• Operate and maintain basic tools such as drills, saws, and shovels with care and precision.
• Prepare and maintain construction sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and ensuring a clean, organized work area.
• Load and unload materials efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Identify and report potential safety hazards to maintain a secure work environment.
Qualifications
• Strong ability to perform physically demanding tasks in diverse weather conditions.
• Familiarity with basic tools and a demonstrated commitment to quality and hard work.
• Previous experience in construction is an advantage but not required; we welcome individuals eager to learn and grow.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds consistently.
• Comfortable with prolonged standing, bending, kneeling, and other physically intensive movements throughout the workday.
Pay
$18.00 to $28.00 Per Hour DOE
Schedule
Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday
