Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this fast-paced environment, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data management systems. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and verifying a large volume of information in our databases. 

Responsibilities

• Input data from various sources into the company database accurately and efficiently.
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
• Perform regular data maintenance tasks such as updating and correcting records.
• Generate reports and extracts of data as needed for various departments.
• Assist in data cleansing initiatives to improve overall data quality.
• Respond to data-related inquiries from team members and stakeholders in a timely manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
• Excellent typing skills with a minimum speed of 60 words per minute.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Familiarity with data management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

$850 - $1150week
