Position Summary:

YU Global is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the part-time position of Degree Path Coordinator. This critical role will be responsible for overseeing the admissions process, building the catalog, managing enrollment, and partnership development for YU Global's new MA degree in Software Development.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Working with the registrar, provost's office, student finance, graduate admissions, and YU Global staff to develop the course catalog, academic and admissions policies, the academic calendar, and anything else involved in setting up the program in the YU systems
  • Admissions Process Management
  • Coordinate with our partner, Infinity Labs, to ensure a smooth admissions process
  • Evaluate applicants for suitability and alignment with program requirements
  • Guide accepted students through the university's enrollment process, including referring them to student financial aid and ensuring they are registered for classes
  • Enrollment Management
  • Engage directly with prospective students to provide program information and answer inquiries
  • Plan, schedule, and execute informative webinars to attract and educate potential applicants
  • Monitor enrollment numbers and develop strategies to meet enrollment targets
  • Partnership Development
  • Identify and reach out to potential partner institutions to establish 4+1 program collaborations
  • Negotiate and finalize Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with partner institutions
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and explore opportunities for expansion



Experience & Educational Background:



  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree or PHD plus academic administrative experience in a university setting a must
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in higher education administration, preferably in admissions or program management
  • Proven track record of successful enrollment management and meeting enrollment targets



Skills & Competencies:



  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Familiarity with student financial aid processes and university registration systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Hubspot



Salary Range:


$50.00 - $50.00 per hour
