Job Summary:

Responsible for assisting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Operations Officer (COO) by performing a variety of administrative assignments, which may not follow a prescribed routine.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Schedule and organize complex activities such as meetings, travel, and activities for the CEO and COO.
2. Organize and prioritize large volumes of information. Serves as liaison between top management and department heads; responds to questions, problems and/or requests.

1. Sort, distribute and prioritize mail; Takes messages or answer all routine and non-routine questions.
2. Work independently and within a team on special and nonrecurring and ongoing projects. Performs executive functions within authorized scope of authority, dealing discreetly with sensitive, confidential information concerning the administrative office and the hospital.

1. Handles travel arrangements, lodging, and processes travel expense reports for CEO & COO.
2. Other duties as assigned or required.

• Minimum 5 years experience of related admnistrative duties required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and public relations skills.
• Knowledge of PC based software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and Powerpoint). 
• Ability to interface with individuals at all levels. 
• Demands require working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. 
• High School diploma/GED required. 
• Associate's Degree preferred. 
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
