What You’ll Do: - Lead up to two jobs at a time, managing 2-4 employees and subcontractors, while reporting directly to a PM that is focused on employee development and growth. He will be a valued partner in supporting you as you grow professionally.
- Contribute to hands-on training, programming, and updates to As-Built drawings using tools like PDF and Excel.
- Deliver exceptional results by leveraging your technical expertise in the electronic security industry.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and accountability, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Maintain a government PIV card and clearance requirements to support site-specific needs. • Install Security Systems: Experience with Video Surveillance, Access Control, and Intrusion Detection.
- Follow Complex Instructions: Ability to read and carry out complex written instructions and policies effectively.
- Travel as Required: Ability to travel to various installation project sites (at least 50%).
- Understand Designs: Solid understanding of drawings and installation according to design specifications.
- Demonstrate Leadership: At least 4 years of experience managing and programming low-voltage structured cabling systems, and leading projects valued at $100,000.00 or more in a new construction environment.
Your First 30 Days: - Engage in four weeks of intensive, hands-on training alongside a Project Manager.
- Develop a strong understanding of TFZ systems, processes, and expectations. OTJ and career development will be supported through your tenure with TFZ. We want our employees to succeed and grow and we know that is what makes TFZ a success.

- Complete key certifications and begin contributing to live projects under supervision.
This is a high-priority role with minimal overtime expected for local projects but increased availability during travel. With a set schedule of 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (adjusted for site-specific needs), this position offers a balanced and structured work-life rhythm.
