Cooper Mountain Vineyards is seeking seasonal harvest interns for the 2025 Vintage. The job will focus on the entire aspect of winemaking aspect starting as Vineyard’s fruit quality assessments, sampling, sanitizing cellar and tanks, barrel works, lab analysis, fermentation monitoring, racking off lees, forklift operation, punch down, pump over, additions on fermenters, tasting, etc... In conclusion, you will be doing and learning everything from vineyards to barrels. Candidates must have a positive attitude, team player, a great sense of dedication towards quality work, a passion for wines and winemaking. Must be willing to work long hours, seven days/week on the peak of the harvest season, able to lift 50lbs and prior cellar/harvest experience is a plus.
