Job Responsibilities:

As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in our mission to connect talented individuals with exciting job opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

Candidate Recruitment: Collaborate with team members to identify and fill job orders. Use your knowledge of recruitment practices and the latest social media trends to attract the right candidates.

Applicant Sourcing and Evaluation: Source qualified applicants, assess their qualifications, and screen candidates. Schedule and conduct interviews, and assist the Credentialing Coordinator with reference checks and background verifications.

Outreach: Make 80-100 calls daily using a prepared script to engage with prospective candidates through phone and internet channels.

Social Media Management: Maintain a positive personal brand on social media platforms to enhance visibility and attract potential candidates.

Interview Preparation: Brief and prepare candidates for their interviews with clients, ensuring they are well-equipped to present themselves effectively.

Data Management: Keep accurate records of recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system, including applicant flow, interviews, hires, and terminations.

Negotiation: Negotiate compensation packages to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement for both candidates and clients.

Networking: Attend job and career fairs and maintain regular communication with healthcare organizations and professional associations.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
At least one year of professional experience in recruitment, sales, sourcing, or social media.
Proficiency in PC systems, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications, along with a basic understanding of file management systems.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Previous experience as a Recruiter, direct sales professional, or in a healthcare role.
