Ryan Services is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Install team. Responsibilities:

• Install residential central air conditioning systems, furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini split systems, and boilers with a high level of quality workmanship
• Communicate with homeowners to provide consistent high level customer service
• Perform system startup on newly installed systems to ensure proper operation
• Complete and submit required paperwork for each job

• Must wear approved uniform and conduct yourself in a professional manner
• Must be on time and ready to complete the task at hand
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Attend weekly department meetings
• Follow all safety protocols, Understand, and wear personal protection equipment
• Follow all established procedures and standards communicated by management

Skills and Position Requirements:

• 3 Years minimum HVAC experience
• Detail oriented and organized
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment
• Technical aptitude and ability to use resources
• Pipe fitting, Ductwork, electrical and controls knowledge
• Detail oriented and organized
• Ability to work in a team
• Customer service skills
• Verbal and written communication skills
• High School diploma or equivalent
• OSHA 10 Certified Preferred
• Valid driver’s license.

Physical Demands:

• Tasks include Lifting, Digging, Climbing Ladders, and Entering Small or Confined Spaces
• Ability to Lift, Pull, Carry, Push up to 50 lbs. alone
• Ability to Lift, Pull, Carry, Push over 50 lbs. with assistance of others and/or equipment
• Ability to complete repetitive tasks which may include overhead or awkward positioning

Pay Range: $25.00 - $38.00
