Are you a skilled paralegal looking to make a difference We are looking for a Paralegal in Costa Mesa. As a Paralegal you will play a crucial role in supporting our employment lawyers in various tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting pleadings motions and other legal documents under the guidance of attorneys.
• Handling incoming phone calls and correspondence related to cases.
• Compiling exhibits evidence and other materials for court proceedings.
• Conducting legal research and investigations to support case preparation.
• Assisting attorneys in trial preparation including organizing documents and preparing trial binders.
• Managing case files and ensuring all documents are organized and uptodate.
• Providing administrative support such as scheduling appointments managing calendars and coordinating meetings.
• Other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the firm.

Requirements :

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred.
• Previous experience working as a paralegal in a law firm setting preferably in employment law.
• Proficiency in legal research writing and drafting legal documents.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
