This position's starting pay is: $38.00/hr.
The period of performance will be a 12 months base from the date of award with 4 consecutive one-year options.

Hours are listed in Central Time (CT). The current shifts are listed below but are subject to change. The Contractor shall furnish the services covered by this contract on all workdays as defined herein. Contractor may be required to furnish services on all calendar days, to include federal holidays. Actual shift hours may vary between the contractor, the hospitals and by specialties listed on this agreement.
First Shift Weekdays (Monday – Friday) 7:30 am - 4:00 pm 8:00 am - 4:30 pm 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
First Shift (Tuesday-Saturday) 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
First Shift Weekends (Saturday - Sunday) 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
Requirements:
License: The Contractor’s physical therapist(s) and occupational therapist assigned by the Contractor to perform the services covered by this contract shall have a current license as a physical therapist or occupational therapist in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia when services are performed onsite on VA property. All licenses held by the key personnel working on this contract shall be full and unrestricted licenses. Contractor’s physical therapist(s) or occupational therapists who have current, full and unrestricted license in one or more states, but who have, or ever had, a license restricted, suspended, revoked, voluntarily revoked, voluntarily suspended pending action or denied upon application will not be considered for the purposes of this contract.
Certification: All contract providers shall be certified by the American Heart Association and be currently certified in Basic Life Support (BLS). BLS certification shall be in accordance with the American Heart Association and Military Training Network requirements in accordance with VHA Directive 1177.
