Responsibilities:
• Provide Attentive Care : Deliver exceptional care for patients requiring ventilator and tracheostomy assistance in the comfort of their homes.
• G-Tube Management : Demonstrate proficiency in managing G-tubes effectively to ensure patients' well-being.
• Seizure Management : Respond to and manage seizure episodes with a high level of expertise and care.
• Oxygen Management : Ensure precise and proper management of oxygen levels for patients.
• Medication Administration : Administer medications and therapies with accuracy to promote patients' recovery.
Qualifications:
• Active LPN License: Must hold an active LPN license specific to the state of practice.
• Experienced Professional: Minimum of two years of prior experience in a healthcare environment.
• Documentation Expert: Proficiency in accurately documenting medical records is essential.
• Excellent Communicator: Strong communication abilities for effective interaction with patients and the healthcare team.
• Multitasking Pro: Demonstrates strong skills in task prioritization and efficient management of multiple duties in a fast-paced setting.
