As a Treatment Coordinator / Treatment Planner , you will play a key role in helping patients understand and commit to their treatment plans. You’ll guide them through procedures, costs, and payment options while providing a seamless and compassionate experience. This is a patient-focused role with a strong emphasis on communication, sales, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Treatment Plan Presentation : Discuss treatment options and costs clearly, ensuring patients understand their procedures and benefits.
• Sales of Treatment Plans : Present and sell treatment plans, helping patients choose the best options for their care.
• Financial Coordination : Provide payment options, explain financing, and assist with insurance verification.
• Patient Scheduling : Manage treatment schedules and follow up to ensure timely appointments.
• Customer Service : Build trust and rapport with patients, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience throughout their treatment journey.

Qualifications:

• Experience : 1-2 years in dental or healthcare treatment coordination, sales, or a related role.

Skills :

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to explain treatment plans and financial details clearly
• Proficiency in dental software and insurance processes
